This is one of the best service company I have worked with in a long time. I live in Ohio and got my parts in just a few days. Their service staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. My invoice was very detailed including who picked the parts and who packed them. Very professional. I will be working with them again when I need something.

I just ordered my second part from OPE. I ordered it on their website Saturday May 22 around 9 or 10am. By noon I had a shipment confirmation email!!! My part was only $3.95 to ship first class, which tells me OPE is not adding a bunch of excess shipping fees. OPE is in Oregon and I am in Louisiana. Today is Monday May 24 and my part is sitting here on my counter! Just had to shout out good service!!

I am a novice mechanic but with the help of OPE guys they made sure I had the exact drop in replacement engine for my zero turn mower. I was able to install within hours with no issues. Shipping was very quick and price very reasonable.
