After several hours online chasing symptoms and solutions for my ancient Kohler 15S garden tractor engine, I stumbled onto OPE's well-thought-out site, made a toll-free call and instantly made HUMAN contact, got a quick-but-polite tutorial about my engine from "Sean," found and ordered the offending part (breather tube mistaken as a fuel line). A follow up with Greg, equally helpful and polite, convinces me OPE is THE go-to source for ham-fisted homeowners who always feel the pain when a mower or tractor breaks down but doesn't know what went wrong or how to fix it.
