I found a fuel tank kit at a great price point on OPEengines website. I ordered it on the weekend and received it within 4 business days with free shipping. Upon receipt we noticed an essential part was missing. I called customer service and spoke with Shawn. He explained that I misread the description of the kits contents. I told him that it reads describing the part to be part of the tank kit. He understood how it could be misread and said he would ship out the part as soon as we were done with our conversation at no additional cost.
