Their people... Excellent service Ordeded a 23 HP replacement motor, it had been damaged in shipping, contacted OPE by phone, sent pics of damage and they took care of replacing all... DANG FAST!!! AFFORDABLE SHIPPING I just ordered my second part from OPE. I ordered it on their website Saturday May 22 around 9 or 10am. By noon I had a shipment confirmation... WOW Great price! Ordered engine at 3 pm Wednesday June 6th and received it 3:30pm Thursday June 7!!! Outstanding! |
