Ordered a carburetor and a governor gear for my John Deere mower with a 15 HP Kohler engine. Both arrived in two days and worked perfectly. I was even called by customer service to double check the shipping I had marked on the order form, telling me I would receive the parts sooner with USPS. Most companies wouldn't have bothered. Great Service!
