Sat AM - Starter on tractor died.
Sat PM - Placed an order with OPE.
Sat PM - got an update because the part... Great engine, even better service! I bought an engine for an older mower. Was out of stock, but Kohler built a new one. Had some damage in shipping, but OPE had my replacement parts... Fast Service I ordered a carburetor for my mower on Friday and received it on Monday. That was really fast! The part fit just right and the mower runs perfect.... Incredible Service! I installed a part incorrectly. Less than an hour after having submitted a photo of my problem I received a phone call explaining what I had done... |
